Our advanced non-invasive and minimally invasive facial skin treatments are superior alternatives to home-use or invasive skin procedures.

Fractional micro-needling has become the industry standard. Our advanced fractional micro-needling device, the No Tear Dermapen, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, improves enlarged and scarred pores, softens stretch marks, diminishes acne scars, improves alopecia areata, and can even lighten areas of pigmentation. The No Tear Dermapen‘s adjustable needle depths means that treatments can easily be controlled, and difficult to reach areas such as the base of the nose can be addressed with greater accuracy. The No Tear Dermapen utilises a seven speed vertical operating system, delivering 225 to 1000+ needle insertions into the skin per second. Its needle tip functions as an automated, stamp-like device that delivers more controlled treatments than micro-needling rollers do.

An ideal alternative to microdermabrasion for sensitive skin types, dermaplaning is a professional skin resurfacing technique for skin types that may not tolerate aggressive procedures. Utilising a special microblade, dead cells are gently removed from the epidermis. Mild acne scars, fine lines, keratosis pilaris and peach fuzz can all be treated with this method. Our Clinical Director Bianca Estelle holds specialist qualifications in this area, having been certified in the USA to perform dermaplaning treatments.

The SkinMorph Fractional RF Microneedling procedure involves the use of fractionated ablation to tighten the skin, improving moderate to significant acne scarring and stimulating collagen production. For more information, please visit our SkinMorph Fractional Remodeling page.

LED light therapy utilises a powerful, non-thermal light panel machine which delivers photo energy into the skin. Each colour of light – blue, green, purple, red, and yellow – reaches a different depth of tissue penetration and targets different skin problems. LED light therapy can be used to treat a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, melasma, sun damage and fine lines. It can even be helpful for areas of depigmented skin (hypopigmentation), which was previously treated with UVB therapy, as well as vitiligo. Aside from traditional LED Light Therapy, we offer Infrared Light Therapy for deep tissue stimulation and hair regrowth, as well as Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) for acne and pre-cancerous skin lesions. For details about our Infrared Light Therapy treatment, please visit our IR Light Therapy page. For information about PDT, please visit our Photodynamic Therapy page.

  • Ultrasonic Facials – these deliver three main skin benefits: micro-massage, heating of the deeper tissues and cavitation (deep product penetration). We use the Geneo by Pollogen to perform these facial treatments.

  • Faradic Facials – these stimulate muscle tone, tighten deeper tissues and alleviate sagging skin.

A true lunchtime procedure, medical microdermabrasion is performed at b.e.a Skin Clinic using the M2 Turbo, an advanced professional-grade machine. A high pressure stream of crystals with multiple exfoliating facets on each surface are delivered onto the skin’s upper outer layer. Mesotherapy biorejuvenation is a form of injectable mesotherapy that is capable of treating acne, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, skin laxity and wrinkles. The Biorejuvenation technique involves the precise administration of tiny micro-injections across the face and neck, providing dehydrated and ageing skin with a burst of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. The result is a rejuvenated, more youthful and dewy complexion. Facial mesotherapy treatments are surprisingly painless, with only a short amount of social downtime incurred. The injectable medications used in mesotherapy biorejuvenation treatments are fully customised according to the client's individual needs.

Needle-free biorejuvenation is an alternative to traditional biorejuvenation. Treatments firm and tone the skin, unblock clogged pores and deliver a range of anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory medications into the skin’s upper dermis. Using a special ultrasonic handpiece, medical grade topicals are applied to the skin’s surface and delivered directly into the skin. Depending on your preference, any number of medical grade topicals can be used. Some of the most popular are hyaluronic acid for hydration, metilsilanetriol along with DMAE for skin firming and retinol for the stimulation of skin cell turnover.

b.e.a Skin Clinic’s range of natural, synthetic and blended skin peels are of the highest professional quality. Achieving dramatic improvements in the appearance of acne scarring, wrinkles, melasma and pigmentation, Bianca Estelle and her practitioners use physician-only solutions from Pharmaceutical Lab USA and Puramed, as well as natural resurfacing solutions from the bea Skin Care professional line. These powerful chemical peeling agents penetrate to various depths of the epidermis, often resulting in a remarkably younger, brighter and smoother complexion within five days for lighter peels, and between seven to fourteen days for stronger formulations.

Skin tightening with radio frequency (RF) involves the delivery of bipolar RF thermal energy into the deepest layers of the skin. We use the Sonishape RF, a radiofrequency machine that contains an inbuilt cooling mechanism, ensuring that treatments are safe, comfortable and painless. The machine’s special handpiece delivers bipolar radiofrequency energy via a precise internal mechanism, in order to gently heat the subcutaneous tissue. More recently, we've added the SkinMorph RF to our arsenal, an ideal solution for those who want to tighten lax skin, jowls and turkey necks as well as improve wrinkles and skin imperfections. Both devices use radiofrequency, which is ideal for those with thinner skin and a mild to moderate degree of skin laxity.

Aside from the Sonishape RF and SkinMorph, we can also use the Pollogen Genio machine for facial skin tightening treatments. This platform utilises tripolar RF and ultrasonic energy to effect significant improvements across the face and neck.

Micro-needling with the No Tear Dermapen is a highly effective anti-ageing and acne scar treatment, which demands a specialised technique and medical length needle adjustment in order to achieve optimal results. Utilising a mechanical handheld device, thousands of microscopic needle columns are administered into the skin, acting to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the appearance of lines and scars. We use a gold standard mechanical platform, only available to clinics, which guarantees superior quality results due to its finely crafted needles. In the treatment of deep icepick scars, we can combine treatments with the localised application of strong TCA chemical solution (TCA C.R.O.S.S.).

Small red veins on the face and body, also known as telangiactasias, can be treated with thermocoagulation. This is a highly effective method that involves the use of a small, insulated probe attached to a special machine. Treatments cut off blood supply to the damaged vein, causing the vascular lesion to disappear instantly. It is an effective method for treating unsightly small veins on the face and body, which can sometimes be eliminated in as little as one or two treatments. Larger spider veins and vein clusters on the legs and stomach will show improvement after a single session, although a course of treatments may be needed in order to achieve optimal results. Thermocoagulation is fast, safe, well tolerated and causes no damage to the surrounding tissue. Treatments are particularly useful for treating the more prominent telangiactasias associated with rosacea and also in treating small veins around the base of the nose.
